First, housekeepers got in our room without knocking while we were sleeping. Next day they came to clean our room while we were out, and stole our private stuff from bathroom, we reported that to the reception stuff, but they did nothing.

Disappointing

Its basic and it does the job, a few additional bits would improve the experience.

It had nice comfortable beds and was in a reasonably connected area. The staff were helpful most the time.

Very basic. No room service, no specific hand soap (you had to use shower gel/shampoo), the shower plug was blocked and when we asked for it to be fixed as the water was overflowing, it was never fixed.

Good but could do better

Good buffet breakfast included, very handy for an early start for onward travel to the airport. Desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Not keen on the Nespresso machine in the room, no instructions were provided. I would have preferred a kettle and some coffee sachets and teabags. Also no food was available in the bar apart from toasted ham/cheese sandwiches, and the music in the bar was excessively loud. It's a new hotel so hopefully these are things that can be improved, going forward.

Disappointing

The hotel is uninteresting and was just about an average stay in every way

The location of the hotel was practical, and well connected

The hotel stay was extremely unpersonal, the staff largely unfriendly and borderline unhelpful/detached and disengaged. It was an unmemorable stay and wouldn't come back. Simple touches like a torn 'please make up my room' was never replaced or fixed, meaning it kept falling.

The staff of this hotel was very nice and friendly, we loved the bar in the lobby which was opened 24 hours, our room was very quiet and clean, location was very handy and close to station around 5 minutes away by walk, they gave us small chocolates when we checked out.
