Sentido Kamelya Fulya Hotel & Aqua - Ultra All Inclusive

Aqua park was very busy. Sunbeds are all full or people leaving towels even though this is against their policy. Lunch was not great, food was mostly repetitive and average, desserts were not great at all. Most people visiting are rude, staff could be more helpful. Lack of diversity, all people seem to be from Europe and Russia with signs and shows catered towards non-English speaking visitors. Indoor pool was not heated and Jacuzzi's were not working. Turkish bath's were not segregated (men and women) which made it uncomfortable. Staff in restaurant seem to cater more for people who drink alcohol then those who don't, was extremely difficult to just get hold of water. Kids events were not advertised well so difficult to know where and when these were taking place. Music in the evenings can be unbearable depending on which room you are in as it finishes late in the morning (around 2am). Was far from other amenities.

We had the best holiday here! We haven't done all inclusive before, so we don't have anything to compare it to, but we blown away with the quality of rooms, facilities and the food (wow - the food was good!). We used the turkish baths numerous times and highly recommend their treatments. The beach is gorgeous and we found that adults and children could have the best time, as everyone's ideal facility was within viewing distance. I could read a book on a lounger whilst keeping see my child in sight whilst she played in the playground (also with an large shade canopy over it) and be able to get everyone snacks and drinks within minutes. The pools are fantastic. We very much enjoyed the mini golf too!

The hotel grounds were very well kept and beautiful. Lots of bars, entertainment, and activities in the evening so we were never bored. The food had a nice variety, with many snack bar options throughout the day. The all inclusive drinks were also decent quality, and the beach had plenty of sun beds so we never worried about rushing to get space. The restaurant, bar, and entertainment staff were fantastic! I can't say enough about these staff members. They were very hard working, personable, and friendly. There was also an Oktoberfest themed party which was a huge highlight for us. It was so much fun - kudos to those that arranged and worked it.

It took about 45 minutes to check-in. We had three reservations which seemed to confuse the gentleman. He ended up telling us to go sit and wait for 5 minutes while he finishes. While we were waiting, he proceeded to check-in two other families and gave them keys. After 10 minutes, we went back to the desk to ask for our keys and he was clearly annoyed and finally issued our keys. Then one of the rooms, the bathroom was flooded. When we went back downstairs to ask for another room, the same gentleman told us that he'll send someone to fix the leak but there's nothing else he can do despite the carpet being soaked. One day, I left a bag at the pool, and when I went to ask the front if it was turned in, they told me to ask Guest Relations at 08:00 the next day. Next morning, I stop by at 08:00 and they weren't open. The front desk lady told me to come back at 09:00. I come back at 09:00, and the same lady tells me Guest Relations is closed for the day and to go to another neighboring hotel to ask about the bag. Walk to the next hotel, they can't help me and told me to wait for Guest Relations. I walk back and Guest Relations was open. Completely disorganized. On the last day, my nana was about to enter the elevator and slipped and fell. The floor was wet as the cleaning lady just mopped and did not put up a sign to caution guests. She was taken to the hospital and had two fractures in her pelvis. The front desk did nothing. Guest Relations did nothing. We were told the hotel manager will email us as there was no manager on shift. How does a hotel that size have NO manager working? We received an email saying the hotel is not at fault and the floor had not been mopped yet (per the cleaning lady). We have two witnesses who confirmed the floor was wet and just mopped. The sheer negligence, disorganization, and lack of responsibility of the front desk and Guest Relations is the reason we'll never return.
