Employees, location, breakfast and dorm space

The "cubic/bed" could also have European plugs, having AC working all night in the room and the shower cubicle + the handtoal holder could be little bit bigger and better.

First Experience in Hostel: EXCELLENT

Breakfast: We included breakfast when booking and only paid 4 pounds. The breakfast was amazing, it had everything, the employees were very friendly. Don't forget to get your Welcome Drink coupons! You can drink free Wine, beer, cider or any soft or hot drinks! Rooms: Even though we were 8 people, we felt very comfortable, and people were respectful to each other. Common areas were cleaned and sparkling clean every morning. They also hold a Free Pizza party on Thursdays, (we literally ate one entire Margarita) luckily we attended it the first day we went and met a lot of new people. Friday was hot chocolate day, Saturday was Cheese & Wine day. We had a wonderful 3-day holiday, and I can literally say this place is designed for students. Special Thanks: Dipti, you are the one! We will never forget how he ran to the train station to deliver us the ornaments we forgot at the crafting event. See you again soon! Love.

Great location for the Christmas markets

Great location, extremely central and amazing price for the night! Clean and friendly staff, we had a great stay and definitely recommend

Perfect for a couple nights

Location is perfect, very close to the city centre. The breakfast served in the bar was also very divers, and very delicious.

Showers and toilets were partially disgusting closer to midnight, but thats most likely due to unhygienic travellers than the facilities themselves. There were supplies available to give a clean yourself if needed

I really liked the rooms. Very comfortable. We had booked private rooms. And two men at night shift (20th December) were super nice and helpful.

Not having a water cooler in the other building. It doesn't make sense to use water cooler across the road. Doors were REALLY loud. Like it would wake you up. Could be looked into.
