Great location, very nice hotel

excellent location, near the center of the town, friendly personnel, good breakfast offer. Nice swimming pool. Clean rooms, nice open air bathroom.

I miss bedroom lamps to be switched on and off from the bed. Airco not blowing directly on the front of the beds.

Delicious food, great location but lots of mosquitoes !

The on site restaurant serves delicious meals. Breakfast is ala carte style with plenty of choices to last a weeks stay. We ordered room service over couple of nights and the food was yummy. Staff is very polite and helpful nothing was too much to ask for. The front desk helped to arrange tours even just the day before which was really appreciated. Location of hotel is great walking distance to everywhere.

The toilet is not fully enclosed. The acrylic panel at the top gives off really loud noises when there's heavy rain. Since it's not fully sealed, we had grass hoppers, ants mosquitoes and houseflies constantly. While I understand this is part of nature and love the natural ventilation, I do think the hotel could have used some screens/ net to prevent bugs from coming in. We had multiple mosquito bites everyday and the electric mosquito repellent provided by the hotel is of no use. I would also appreciate a dressing mirror in the room itself so the ladies can put on their make ups while the partner is using the toilet.

Superb

Sri Ratih is a great hotel and I highly recommend staying there. The room was large and very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and spa facilities were also great.

The beds were a bit too hard, which seems to be common in Indonesia. There was also a mix up and the driver we booked to pick us up from the airport did not arrive.

It was an excellent stay and we are glad to have spent an entire week at the Sri Ratih Cottages.

Restaurant was excellent, we never felt the need to go eat somewhere elsewhere. We went to the restaurant for breakfast and lunch ever single day and the Indonesian food was superb. We have to give a special mention to our driver Made. The car service provided by the hotel was excellent, very good and safe driver. He took us all over Bali to the different sites and even drove us to Uluwatu at the end of the week. We feel that he made our Bali experience that much better.

We would return.

Breakfast was included and there were plenty of good choices. The grounds are very pretty and well maintained. They try to be eco-friendly. For example using glass bottles and not plastic ones. Close to the center of Ubud but not too noisy.

No chairs in the room, the only place to sit is on the bed.
