I had trapped in bathroom , Very bad experience,

Staff support

I had trapped in bathroom for more than 30min due to poor lock. They have to break the door. Very bad experience. Cleaning only done in the morning, not doing after requesting if necessary, because as tourist you have to start early morning and come to hotel in night.

Exceptional

Room was good. Its soft mattress on bed gives plush comfort. Hot water is available in bathroom. Staff was soft speaking, so good and polite. Hotel is at Centre of the city so everything is accessible. I hope they will provide the same service like cleanliness and hyginic rooms forever.
