Good hotel in central Ubud with free car parking

We stayed there 1 night, it was our 2nd time. I choose this hotel because there is a car parking. Nice pool. Shower works well, beds are comfy.

We have the Superior room number 6 and at our arrival, the kettle, lamp and TV were not working. After calling reception, we only get a new kettle... Staff at reception look bored. No opinion on the breakfast as we choose room only.

Its a beautiful place ,the staff are very efficient and great ,the owner should do a lil renovation on the rooms

It was in a good location if youre looking for a resort near the market

The bathrooms, they should renovate them especially the toilets they looked stained even after the staff cleaned . Also the doors to the room where broken they need fixing

Disappointing

When we check out and had breakfast before leaving, just about 10 minutes away then realize one of my friend lost phone. We came back right away but no camera to check, despite all efforts, phone still cannot be found. A resort but restaurant area has no camera, I only say that poor facilities. Not recommended and never come back.

It was a great place to relax.

The staffs were kind and helpful. The room was clean and spacious as well.

The hotel could have helped to inform regarding the places to explore and given advice on how to save money when travelling in ubud as taxi drivers like to charge high prices unless we bargain with them.

Balinese style traditional music at breakfast.

Very loud pop music in the evening/night at one of the pools, which could be heard on the whole property. Not what we hoped for to relax ( and other guests either)

Restaurant staff very good and good price for food and drinks, good location

Given a room unacceptable to us far too many steps no hand rail , EVENTUALLY offered alternative ROOMS ,then found new room had flood in bathroom not fixed till following day not even cleaned up, very tired bathroom, freezer box badly in need of defrosting .
