Exceptional

Enjoyable, I stayed with my daughter and wife and we had a good time visiting the US

Breakfast was good, rooms clean and nice atmosphere, staff friendly.

I'm not sure what could've been done better, perhaps a bar would've been nice, or maybe a wider range of food to buy onsite.

Close to the airport and served its purpose.

Free airport shuttle! The eggs at the free breakfast were delicious!

The Uber and Lyft app had trouble finding the hotel. It always wanted us to walk across the street to the hotel next door.

We have chosen this hotel because it is very close to the port terminal. Also, it is close to the Gardens Outlet. The room was clean, enough for a party of 4.

Pleasant

You get what you pay for. For $208/ night dont expect too much even with Marriott.

We stayed at this location because it was near our relatives place whom we were visiting for the holidays. But the direction getting to the hotel itself was a little confusing because we had to go thru other Marriott hotels before we can get to ours. Housekeeping staff was nice and courteous. Room was clean. Beds have seen their better days specially their sofa bed. Front desk can be more nicer. She was just taking her sweet time to assist me during check out.

The way to get to our hotel is going thru 2 other Marriott hotels. There were blind corners which in couple of instances we almost had an accident.

If youre looking for a rest after a long flight this place will do the job

Clean and functional space. Comfortable bed. Airport shuttle bus is available and easy to arrange.

No bar or restaurant facilities within the hotel, however there was a sister hotel within walking distance where it was possible to walk to for a drink and dinner. Breakfast was provided, however the small area in which it was served was not big enough for the demand. It was extremely busy, and therefore noisy and stressful trying to get breakfast items and then a space to sit and eat in. Some people were taking the food to their room - which I would do in the future!

Superb

Great but a bit far from many amenities

The shuttle buses,breakfast and the breakfast staffs, the breakfast staffs are very proactive and very helpful. Love the layout of the bathroom and the cleaning staff were amazing and always willing to help.

Reception staff are not friendly or welcoming at all, imagine flying for hours and receiving that type of reception its really sad. We were even smiling to her but shes wasnt interested, most especially the night staff they are acting like theyre doing us a favour by staying in the hotel they completely forgot we are the guest. The reception staff needs retraining unless thats the American reception style
