Overall, the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Las Vegas Convention Center is a good hotel with clean and spacious rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, although there were some issues with customer (Read More)service and cleanliness. The free breakfast is adequate but repetitive. The hotel is located within walking distance of the strip. Some guests had issues with water pressure and plumbing. Despite some minor drawbacks, the standout feature is the exceptional service provided by certain staff members.

Superb

Good off strip option

Place was clean and comfortable. I really like the pillows :). Staff was just ok... nobody was overly friendly or rude either. Breakfast was a decent option. Not a far walk to the strip, about 10 minutes easy or about the same to walk to the monorail across the street. The pool area was small but nice that it was heated and still open in December. Not a bad option if you want to stay just off the strip. Parking there too but we didn't use it.

There were lights outside of the building that shined right up into the rooms

we had awesome stay, would definitely stay here again

the room was clean and comfortable. hot breakfast was decent and staff was friendly. Easy check in and check out. parking was easy access. location of the hotel was easy to find. No casino on this hotel which is great, the kids like it because there is no smoke smell in the lobby or in the room. the room was made everyday and trash out. Thank you

Overall nice clean place to stay without the hustle of moving thru a casino

Breakfast was a good variety. Decent food and coffee

The location of certain foods and the hours also it was a bit hectic getting off the elevator and in line for breakfast. Some items were gone quicker then others
