The SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dallas Downtown / West End has an excellent location for downtown sights. The breakfast had a nice variety and was delicious. The rooms were spacious, clean, and wel (Read More)l prepared. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only minor issue was with valet parking, but there is a parking lot across the street. The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions, including the Sixth Floor Museum and the Dallas Aquarium. Overall, the guests were very pleased with their stay and would return.

Valet. Didn't receive email for retrieval. Waited for valet, he wasn't present. Bathroom was ridiculously small.

This is our go to hotel for downtown Dallas!

This is the second time we have stayed in this location. We love how centrally located it has been for the places in Dallas we are going.

I wish their breakfast went a little later - perhaps until 10 rather than 9. After a late night with kids it was hard to get them motivated and to breakfast before they stooped serving.

Size of the room, comfortable bed, USB chargers

The lifts brought down the tone of the place. Breakfast cutlery and crockery consisted only of disposable items.
