over priced not a good Value for the space will not stay here again

the location was close to the boat parade

bait and switch for the price will not stay here again due to that, it ended up costing us half a month rent just for the 2 nights that we stayed and was not worth it there were even issues with the toilet where most of the time we had to use the public one instead of the one in the room

Breakfast was good but with the explanation of breakfast it said amazing breakfast and there wasn't really a whole lot to choose from.

I am still fighting to get my double payment back I'm booking.com or from the hotel because I have been charged twice for my stay.

Overall the room was exceptional, very comfortable and felt high end. But will not be coming back.

Modern amenities, great room, very comfortable room accommodations

Front desk staff was completely unwilling to assist. I checked in around 6:45 pm and told the front desk associate that i had paid online already yet she continued to swipe my card. She said oh we dont accept booking electronic payments you are basically being charged twice. She offered no solution in the situation and basically gave me my room key and said have a nice day. There was no willingness to help and i also felt that she did not care that i was being charged twice.

The rooms were big and nicely furnished.

Mold on the breakfast bread and brown bananas. The toilet could not fe flushed and I had to pur water from a bucket to make it work. The ventilation could not be controlled feom the thermostate, and as a plus the hair dryer did not work at all. I sense really bad management at this location.

Go some where else.

The staff is horrible. They did not honor my booking though paid online. I paid for an employee to stay at this hotel for a work trip and they made her pay. The woman that I spoke to at the location was the absolute worst. Told me that I would need to call booking.com and have them cancel/refund my reservation. Because they do not have access to the portal that verifies my payment. Though I have a very clear emailed receipt. My employee had to figure something else out. I still have not received a refund.
