Disappointing

The location was amazing close to all shops needed, beach is less then 50 m to walk and it was very peaceful. Awesome balcony with beach view.

No air-conditioning only 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans during Queensland summer unbearable inside the house. Shower curtain was moldy and silicone moldy and falling off. Only a little broom provided, which makes it very difficult trying to keep a beach house clean with young children. Parking was difficult as parking neighbour wouldn't leave enough space. Also most fly wires had holes so no chance of leaving windows open during nighttime. Not suitable for crawling baby's

Great location. Lovely view. Close to shops and eateries.

No airconditioning, very uncomfortable in summer, lack of basics 1 roll of toilet paper lol for 6 people, lack of rubbish bags etc for the amount of money spent, an extra few dollars for rubbish bags and rolls of toilet paper is nothing. Annoying messages from real estate, saying we don't like to harp, but We are going to anyway. Lol dated furnishings,

Exceptional

Very user-friendly basic unit with everything you need for a great holiday!

Location, location, location!! The unit is right on the beach and very spacious. 3 good size bedrooms and large mezzanine lounge with uninterrupted view of the ocean. Short walk to all amenities , cafes Op-shop, IGA and more. Comfortable beds and well supplied in plates, cups etc.

There are a couple of niggly things ie- only one toilet and its in the bathroom; no oven which for a unit that sleeps 6 pax- feeding frenzy time is problematic; no ceiling fan in master- a pedestal fan is supplied but it has a very short cord and no extension lead and no fly screens on rear bedroom windows. No washing machine ?? Theres a dryer and laundry tub but no washing machine.

Budget rustic accommodation in good location but disappointing facilities.

The view was lovely from the lounge room

Poorly equipped with minimal amenities. Dryer was broken Main Bed mattress protector was stained. Poorly cleaned. Toilet floor was dirty. No tea towel, only 1 dishcloth, no dishwashing liquid or cleaning liquid for bathroom.
