Disappointing stay at the hotel

Overall facilities were satisfactory! There is ample parking space in the facility and generally room was clean & spacious. We had 2 rooms for a family of 4 and had spent 1 night at the hotel. But few experiences left us disappointed.

There was loud music from the bar downstairs and despite repeated requests on phone, it wasn't decreased. He had to depart early morning and hence we had retired for the night pretty early. I had to go downstairs and repeatedly plead with the reception and at first he declined stating nothing can be done; finally they agreed to reduce it and with slight reduction we managed to sleep. Also, since the breakfast opened after we were to leave, I had asked them to pack some breakfast for us which they agreed to. But the instructions never got relayed to the kitchen, so in the morning we had to wait another 30 mins while they got it ready.

Superb

A very nice stay with spacious rooms.

It is located in a sprawling area and there is ample parking space. The rooms are spacious with a nice balcony. Everything was spick and span. Further they employ women as attendants and support staff which was a nice thing. Good at the restaurant was good too.

I did not have any complaints, only if I have to nitpick a couple of fixtures were malfunctioning.

Overall a Good Stay

Overall property, amenities, rooms, parking, washrooms.

Restaurant service, breakfast spread (Continental was unappetising) & service staff. They charged for baby food for example a glass of milk, bowl of curd, etc. One of the service staff was rude for switching on an AC within the restaurant.

Large and clean rooms. Efficient room service. Delicious food for breakfast buffet. Ample parking space.

Difficult to find if you are arriving after sunset. partition in washroom meant to separate shower from sink and toilet was not watertight. After shower the water leaked outside making the bathroom wet.

Good hotel and suitable for people in transit. There were some long stay (over 1 week)guests too

Access to hotel was easy - not far from the main Highway. The room size was good and the balcony is a positive. Staff was friendly and with useful information on the town. Breakfast was good and lots of choice. Parking was ample and close to entrance (self parking).

There is a High Voltage Transmission Line right above the entrance / parking lot where cars are parked. The safety aspect should be regularly monitored.
