Loved the amazing views and the apartment. Very clean and beautiful with an easy cheakout

Location. cleanliness, and views of ocean and lake were perfect.

For the price we paid please be more genrous with the Condiments. Lifts were slow and the parking was very tight. Wiring under the TV needs to be put away.

Love the property but might not be worth saving the few dollars using an external agency.

always nice to stay here on our GC holidays

We found mens undies in one of the drawers in one of the rooms. Not sure who cleans the place but dusty and not the same cleanliness we usually experience here. Not enough toilet paper, toiletries, washing liquid etc for a 7 night stay. Had to try and get rid of the dust on all the pillows out in the balcony on our first night cause we were all sneezing so much.

Worst stay so far in terms of booking, collecting keys n returning keys. Too many emails n messages.

Collection of keys n dropping of keys. It is a pain. Also paying such a huge amount of money for a night, we had to buy pool towels.

Breakfast was a pass Location very good

Getting in and out of the car park was real bad Key only worked on some of the boom gates and had to ask reception for help to get upstairs from basement twice and the keys for the swim areas some times wouldnt work needed assistance from others

Loved our stay, will be back again!

Indoor and outdoor pool area is amazing. Location, lots of cafes and restaurants downstairs and around the are. Beach access right across the road.

At times lift access took a little too long. Not enough towels!

This was our favourite family holiday stay ever in a beautiful location.

The location was amazing! We loved the views and being right on the beach and so close to the Surfers Paradise shopping strip.

I didnt like that the amenities provided were in quite short supply given that everything else was excellent. Picking up the keys at a different location was about the only inconvenient part of the whole experience.
