The property was quiet.

The propertys pool was closed. The cable barely worked. The bathroom was not clean. No complimentary breakfast.

Terrible Service!! Ruined our Vacation.

Location was good

During our four-day stay at this hotel, we had a very disappointing experience. Despite informing the reception desk 2-3 times, there was no room service available. The receptionist was rude and didn't address our complaints appropriately. We were surprised and disappointed by the lack of service from a supposedly reputable hotel. Even lower-priced 1-star lodges offer better service than this

I stayed there 2 days this time i complain there wasn't no running hot water sonesta didn't do anything they said basically ain't nothing they can do get in touch with booking.com i left a email nobody reached out yet

I'd stay again

Quick last minute booking. The hotel was completely better than the one I previously had. Starbucks breakfast was a plus. It was clean for the most part.

The hallway carpet seemed a little dirty or stained I think. There was a design, but I could see that I looked dirty. A good shampoo would be great. Also, the TV needs to be updated to a smart TV so customers can use their apps. The selection wasn't the best. Also there's no microwave.
