It was a good stay.

I checked in on the date 09.12.2023. During check-in, the behavior of on-duty staff at reception was not pretty.

The payment procedure for reverting the authorization holds the amount should be more streamlined.

A sudden electric power off happened in the evening, which lasts for more than two hours, it is terrible because there were heavy rains and thunders outside

We booked this hotel for the location and in room kitchen; those were great!

The waffles were a hit, but most of breakfast was just average.

The room furniture was very outdated. We had to use the pull out bed, which was so inadequate and uncomfortable. The main hallways and elevator were also quite outdated, with an unpleasant odor.

Perfect!

Location is the best. Breakfast was way better than any equivalent hotel. The rooms has everything you need. Very quite environment. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
