Disappointing

The NUA restaurant was delicious. Services there was also excellent.

Soundproofing an issue. We heard every conversation people were having on the bench under our window and also smelled the cigarette smoke. The bathroom was a concrete everything style bathroom and the shower only had a curtain, no lip to prevent water from getting all over the bathroom floor.

The front desk staff is limited to helping. They do not have a cash resister for change. They cant check you in upon registration because they dont have the ability to do so..

Loved the hotel and the staff. Good value for money!

Location was really good! Staff were really friendly

Cleaning is not done- only with an extra charge does the room get cleaned. Stairs ( but only a few) are present without a lift.

In general I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and really liked my breakfast in the NUA restaurant.

I really liked it was in a nice neighbourhood and close to the public library but also close to some really good restaurants.

I didnt like that I had to wait outside of my room in the middle of the night when I first got to the hotel, because my rooms code was expired and I couldnt enter my room. After a few phone calls and a talk with an on call employee in the hotel I managed to enter my room. Also one of the nights I stayed there, someone confused my room with his and was trying to enter my room by entering a wrong code repeatedly at 04:45 am.
