Location and their own beach.

Staff overall is slow. But i guess it is problem of mauritius. Nothing to really complain.

On the beach, but the beach has a lot of seaweed

Make you pay for water. Let outside parties into property. Shower is not up to par, room is abit musky. Tv in the room was old and small. Staff is slow, not worth the money they charge

Amazing place

Staff was friendly- live environment- cleanliness to higher level.

- Was a bit expensive - Lunch on 19/12; fish was dry, chicken was raw, few bones were found in Lamb sausages, brekky puri was oily. - No lift available- was quite hectic to climb up to 2nd floor with luggage. -Mattress was very hard to sleep, unfortunately but overall was good, would be better if it would not rain :)

The pictures don't do this place justice

There were no kids, amazing views, spectacular private breakfast on the beach, thorough room cleaning( our cleaner was the best)

Smell of fresh paint( but it was good they were maintaining the property), and the AC being put on full blast when we were out( it was ok as we would sit on the balcony and wait for the room to warm up)

The beach was beautiful. The rooms have a direct view of the sea and you can watch the sunrise in the morning. The staff is very nice and the surroundings of the entire hotel are beautiful. The hotel also offers various activities. The food was delicious.

The stuff are definitely good people and I believe they do their best to do their jobs. However, they need more training in dealing with guests. I don't blame them, I blame the management because it was common manner which indicates that the management themselves are not competent to manage the resort. They need to pay more attention in hygiene and they way of delivering eating tools, for example, it's not proper way to give a spoon by holding the scoop!!! Or knife form the sharp side (blade)!! Or holding glass from the top side! Or cooking without gloves!! all food must be covered ( even bread) to avoid the insects!! How can I eat food while I notice flies hover on it!! You should understand that the area is naturally full of insects and you need to protect the food which is basic thing no one should tell you what to do. The furniture is overused you need to change it. Even washing machines you need to change them or use good quality laundry soap, if you use good soap then add more, because all the towels, pillows' covers are smelly!! I got many bad observations. My stay there wasn't comfortable.

Very poor

worst hotel experience!

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was a cat roaming in the restaurant. Birds were eating the food (in the serving spoons). found in the restaurant. There was absolutely no hygiene. The waiter opened a bottle of wine where the cap broke in two. The waiter did not offer us a wine tasting before serving. Complete lack of customer care. The junior suite is not blackout at all. Light enters the room as from 6 am. The all-inclusive package was a complete waste of money.
