Superb

Had a nice relaxing two nights in Phu Quoc.

Great pool and breakfast. Loved the kids activities and treat they were not extra costs. Appreciated the after sun lotion in our room after a long relaxing day at the pool and beach. Room sizes are large.

Didnt like the restaurant for lunch. Not many options to eat that isnt fish. Had to get to town which isnt far and found some great food.

Overall very good value for money!

Very nice facilities, attentive staff, wonderful pool area, great breakfast, comforable beds.

Dringing water should be free on the premises. A 500ml bottle cost VND 50k. An very animal product heavy buffet dinner. Would have been nice with signs for vegetarian and vegan foods and/or list of ingredients during breakfast and other meals.

10/10 would love to come back

Everything. The facilities are amazing, take the room with Sea View and you wont regret it, breakfast buffet is incredible, the rest of bars and restaurants are great as well and the gym is good enough to try to do some exercise. All the staff were super friendly, particulary the restaurant manager Hoan who help us with the mosquito bites

Good but too pricey

The property is not far from the night market and just outside there are a few stalls to buy fruits and veggies but there is not much else (the same goes for most of the other resorts on the island). The property is nice overall, funky different design - I like the overall feel they tried to impress. The pool is good, beach is just there. The beach and water is a bad dirty with plastic! The hotel should do an extra effort with the cleaning. I noticed this is unfortunately a general problem on the island. The kids club (and adults club) have quite a number of activities - did not try all but very nice option to have and the ones we did try were good. The breakfast and the Pho is ok but nothing to impress. The coffee is not Vietnamese coffee! It is Soo diluted . Not sure why? Maybe possible to provide both options?

Overall I found the hotel charges more than competitors but the value for money is not quite there the facilities are older and although you can see the work put into maintaining and upgrading, I still find a bit too expensive.

Awesome hotel

That was such a wonderful vacation in this hotel, and Im pleased that I chose this one Staff. The staff is incredible. All guys are professional, kind, and empathetic. I traveled solo, but I didnt feel that Im alone there because the staff was always open for conversation, and they did their best to improve guest's experience Food. I took All Inclusive, and it was the best decision. The food is delicious, with many breakfast options, and I tried the best burger in my life in the Shack cafe! Services. I visited yoga, stretching, and massage, and all the services were high quality and even better than I had expected Territory. Its green and beautiful. The beach with white sand is clean, and a lot of sun loungers Big thank you to Sergio and Kacao for this great experience I would be happy to come back to the SOL

Totally worth the stay

The gardens, the swimming pools and the beach are great. Rooms are spacious. The staff is very kind and helpful and I want to mention Det, Im the breakfast area, who exceeded herself to help to accommodate our needs.

The food could improve, in breakfast and restaurants. The quality varied a lot.
