Bad Experience

Now theyre giving amenities in a bottle locked in bath room, really not worth when you pay for 5 star resort. They charged $300, hours after I checked out for something that we cant confirm whether its our fault or its already there. The baby bassinet also look like already years old. Not recommended for future travel. Really bad experience, not worth for a 5 star hotel.

The rooms are quite dated and smell for mould. The check in took painfully long: 2 staff for a cue of 6 people. One reason for the painful check in are the many questions and the paper work to be processed - disturbing in digital times! They also got the booking.com booking wrong and wanted to charge us for dinner when it was half board. This came up even after retiring home when they called again and said they would have to charge for dinner. They finally accepted that their system was wrong. Annoying for a so called 5-star!
