Lovely cozy place

Up kept well as a 5 star property. All facilities are available to use. Close to riverside and in district 1 area.

Confused over the plug in the room, US and Europe are all mixed in.

Nice but not wow

Location was good & concierge were helpful . Our Breakfast was included & it was a large variety of options.

We had a bad experience on arrival with our booking & I think that set the scene for our stay . The bathroom bath /shower combo didnt work as the door opened inwards & you needed to get into the bath to turn the taps on
