Perfect stay

Everything was perfect. The pool is heated, the hotel is realy beautiful. Room was perfect size and we had one extra bed. Personal realy nice, they even gifted our children elephant key chains. They have nice free activities for children like making sope. We recomend this hotel to everyone

Superb

The hotel location and the facilities were amazing, a small oasis in Chiang Mai. Breakfast was full of options and really delicious. The staff was always happy to help with a smile with excursions or other requests. Furthermore they organised a party for the last Loy Kathrong and we had a real fun time. If we are coming back to Chiang Mai we will repeat hotel for sure.

it was good. but menu was too repeated. but quality was nice. especially, kindness of all staff was awsome even, they found my phone lost at taxi.

Bedsheets not changed consecutively for 4N despite note state that if want to change DO NOT place it on the bed.

Staff are not communicating. I asked for 2 rooms next to each other l sent 4 emails too explaining the reasons still they gave one room in one corner and the other one exact opposite site when l raised the issue the reception said tomorrow l talk to my manager and we definitely fix it Which they never did ! They don't serve alcohol either and they never told us you have to buy it yourself and bring it whether is in the pool or their restaurant or as a room service

Amazing hotel in a perfect location

It was amazing from start to finish. Great location. Easy to get Grab for taxis. Cheap transport. We had free face mask experience. The pool was super clean. The man of the stay is the security guy Doi. Super funny and helpful. Communication was a bit hard to deal with but overall we were very happy. You also have snacks, fruits and room bar for free. The breakfast is very varried and tasty. Very good fresh coffee.

The staff English is a bit hard to understand but it was okay
