The SleEEP HKG Gough St has a tricky entrance but clear instructions for self check-in. The capsules are clean, comfy, and secure, with large storage lockers. There are ample showers and toilets for (Read More)the number of guests. Free WiFi is available. The staff is helpful and the location is convenient. However, the sleeping area is not well divided from the common areas, causing noise disturbances. The doors are also loud. Overall, the stay was nice and improvements are expected in the future.

Disappointing

Great location!! The hostel is close to Central Hong Kong. The subway station is within walking distance. Nice neighborhood for tourists.

The biggest problem is the noise. AC was roaring all night long. You must get used to the ventilation noise.

It looked like everything was falling apart and there was a weird smell. However, the location was nice (a bit hard to find). Finally, there was nobody on standby when I was arriving to help me (online), yet they expected me to fill out something in advance which seemed unnecessary.

Very clean space and nice bathroom.

I had problems with the self check-in as the mails went into my spam folder and I could not reach anyone for around 20 minutes.

Good value for money.

The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. The bed was comfortable.

The pod is closed by a very thick felt cloth. So you can still hear commotion and people speaking outside. There is a constant sound of air-conditioning. It's a bit like sleeping on an airplane.

Great, no nonsense place to stay as a solo traveler.

Automated entry but online staff were responsive. Quiet and central location. Cosy, contemporary styling.

Locker was broken and despite me informing staff, nothing was done to try and rectify the situation which was disappointing especially as I had to leave my valuables unattended.

Pleasant

The bunk space itself was clean and it had descent air circulation system. Pretty spacious given the number of ppl staying at a time.

I was expecting an actual capsule with solid covers, but it was just a bunk bed curtain blind so any noise from other ppl inside the room was super loud.
