All is very good, incl Spa.

Price in Restaurants for the alcohol. Processo 35 euro one Glass (not Champagne), but i guess it's more the fault of government as hotel itself.

The accommodation was good and comfortable

Im very puzzled that on check in Ms Hanifa took us to a small room with no lift access and when I said to her that I paid for a suite she then took me to it. It was not a mistake because she had the keys to the suite with her and this has only one bad explanation. I would like to have an explanation before I tell Mr Alfardan

We were there for a wedding and we as everybody else got foodpoisoning. The accomodation otherwise is terrific but when you pay for certain standards you don't expect them to be so uncareful handling food. Would not recommend for a wedding or any feast or party.

I loved the view of this hotel

To be completely honest, my expectations for this hotel were much higher than what I experienced. Being a supposedly luxurious 5-star establishment, I anticipated exceptional service, but unfortunately, it was far from that. My wife and I chose this hotel for a peaceful getaway, hoping to rest and enjoy a good night's sleep after a night of partying. However, our hopes were shattered as the early morning tranquility was disrupted by an abundance of noise coming from the hallway - the sound of vacuums echoing through the walls. Needless to say, this left us deeply disappointed and upset.
