    Great house. The best view, with an amazing pool. Enjoyed every day here, and would like to come back again. Owner and manager was fast to reply, and i can only recommend this villa. Thanks for a great vacation.

    the location is so bad some cars cant go up to the villa i had to go up and down sometimes walking, at first the staff said i have to pay for electricity and in the first day the ac in the master bedroom is not working and there are a lot of cockroaches and Mosquitoes because theres a broken window in the bathroom they come inside then when I talked to the staff about the problems and I said with all this I have to pay more for the electricity he said you dont have to so he was going to scam me and make me pay!

    The view was amassing, during the day and night. The villa was great size and awesome inside, including the pool and outdoor areas.
    The big hill you have to go up to get out to it.

    Good location, and able to get to local attractions fairly easy.
    It is on a mountain top so not all taxis would go up and If raining bit dangerous as could slip and fall. Charged or electricity from deposit amount, thought this should be included in the price was not made aware in the booking.com description

    stunning huge villa, nice contemporary design, complete quipements available . big splendid outside pool with upper terrace with fabulous view
    you need transportation even if its close from patong. wifi defficient, working less than 50% of the time

    We booked 5 nights, but stayed only 1 night. Very disappointed. We felt very unsafe
    The pool was nice. But the view, although pleasant, is still obstructed by the water tank from next door. Think carefully before you take this place. There are many other better options.
    The location was terrible. On a very steep and long slope. So you absolutely need a car to get anywhere. You cannot really take a pleasant walk from the house. The street is very run-down, with many discarded houses. Perhaps 10 years ago, this was a nice place, but today, the area looks run-down and frankly, unsafe. Also many stray dogs around, such that I was unable to take a walk with my own dog. We did not enjoy the area at all. The house has many floor to ceiling windows. Some of these were difficult to lock securely, such that we did not feel safe at all. Although the landlord came to the next day to resolve and reassure us, by then it was too late and we had already decided to move out. We booked 5 nights, but stayed only 1 night. Very disappointed. We felt very unsafe Think carefully before you take this place.
