Superb

Very restful holiday in a lovely location.

Lovely setting and near the beach. A selection of pools that were not too busy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

A would have liked a little more variety at breakfast and proper bacon rather than streaky bacon.

This hotel has what you are looking for on holiday From the welcome in reception to our farewell we could not ask for more The staff are amazing especially Mr Sun who went out of his way to accommodate us and make things easy The beach is fantastic and like a big swimming pool Facilities at the pools are amazing and more than one pool available I will rwturn

I would definitely recommend the hotel and would return.

The staff are exceptionally kind and caring and they are very responsive. The location and facilities were outstanding. The Thai Thai restaurant and 5 swimming pools were great.

The breakfast was good but could improve.

Great for beach access and trail to big Buddha

The staff was exceptionally nice and did their best. Good spread for breakfast. Beautiful and lively beach. Need to cross a main road though. Near to big Buddha trail.

The property is large and requires a buggy to go out. We booked ocean view. Got partial! We went for dinner with live music but was told it will take a long time to get dinner prepared and so, perhaps not a good idea to dine there!

Great facilities terrible customer service

Close to the Oceanman event. Swimming pool was enjoyable. Food we ate was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable.

The service at check in was horrendous. First receptionist knew she gave us a room with double bed rather than twin bed as we had booked. Sent off 10 minutes away to see for ourselves and have to return to reception to request the room we had booked. 30 minutes at reception with Golf while he tried to find our room. The first room he tried to offer us wasnt sea-view as we had also booked. More waiting while he looked online before he gave us the room. We asked for complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience we had been caused (no apology had yet been given). 5 minutes of us being ordered while he talked to another receptionist in Thai. Only once interrupted to ask if we could speak to a manager did a woman come over and grant us complimentary breakfast. Worst customer service Ive experience.

Great location and amenities

We loved our stay! The rooms were clean and spacious, the sea view was phenomenal, especially at sunset. Breakfast in the morning was great, with a lot of variety. We enjoyed the pool, the beach, the bars and a fire show. Highly recommend this hotel!
