I like the location near to the city easy to find food.

I dislike the apartment because when we check in 2 days we cannot watch the tv so disappointed they should change the battery before anyone check in and the staff just WhatsApp to guide but is not helping at all no one come to look at it. There no microwave oven if we need to heat up food and no washing machine. Living Room sofa bed is in bad shape not comfortable to lie down. No extra blanket for someone to sleep outside living room if feel cold. Swimming pool very dirty and smelly l see a kid urine in the swimming pool.

A very much needed gateway with the family. Close to all the eateries that we wanted to go to.

I appreciate the host and his team for being attentive to the concerns and problems we raised. They went the extra mile by providing us with a new room when the Wi-Fi in our initially assigned unit wasn't functioning. Their accommodating and gracious attitude was truly commendable.

The hiccup with the Wifi during the initial start of the trip.

The view is awesome! Its good enough cause im looking for a place to work with a seaview haha Love the house its small and comfortable. Host is friendly and easy to deal with. Check in/check out process so easy.

Awesome Stay with i-Housing apartment at Silverscape

Our whole family had an awesome experience staying in this apartment of i-Housing, Host was super good n it is a must stay place. Peaceful sleep with wonderful beds n good view, toilet was big n beautiful with bath tub n view, u have a mini kitchen, washing machine n refrigerator, spacious balcony with good sea view n you could just fall asleep on the sofa. Overall rating is more than 5 stars n worth for the money... I'm coming back for a longer stay soon

The staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good and near to town.

The cleanliness and facility need to be maintain. We found few tiny cockroach Inside the room and also kitchen. There are period stain in the duvet and the cover is not tie well thats y im able to see the stain And the washbasin in the master bedroom is clogged. The WIFI connection are quite poor.

Totally love this room , especially the view and the staff. My kids loving this place a lot and was super excited when they can enjoy the balcony sea view and bathtub , thats why I booked again and also recommended to my friend
