The Silverland Sakyo Hotel provides a pleasant experience with friendly and accommodating staff. The front desk receptionist, Nam, is delightful and goes above and beyond. The rooms have beautiful de (Read More)cor and are quiet, although the soundproofing between rooms could be improved. The staff are very attentive, but the gym equipment is lacking compared to other 4+ star hotels. Overall, a recommended hotel with great afternoon tea.

Overall decent value for money given location.

The location is awesome! The staff are extremely friendly and the service is impeccable.

The rooms without windows are not recommended. The fitness facilities and jacuzzi/pool are not great.

Beautiful staff, wonderful people.

The property is well kept, we have no complaints about it.

The gym was insufficient, but I doubt there are other people dumb enough like me to eat to the point you have to work out at the gym

The hotel is very beautiful totally decorated with Japanese style. We arrived at the hotel and there was an afternoon tea with relaxing live music. We initially booked a Premier Deluxe Double Room and they gave us a free upgrade to an Executive Deluxe Double Room with City View! Very happy with the stay. The top floor has an amazing pool area and spa. We also booked a 90-minute massage, very relaxing. Staff are very accommodating, you really feel like you're staying somewhere special!

Very clean. The staff is very accommodating and helpful.

Pictures oversell the property. The gym is VERY old and the pool is very small.

The top floor was AMAZING pool area and spa, bathtub was lovely in the room and perfect location! Staff are amazing, you really feel like you're staying somewhere special!

What a beautiful stay! Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome to the kindness and professionalism of the team! The room was beautiful and perfectly clean. The rooftop with pool, bar and gym is a gem in a busy Ho Chi Minh City! We forgot an item by the pool and the hotel kept it for us in order to collect it a few days later! Thank you!
