Passable

I paid for breakfast during the booking, but I was denied the same in the morning. There was no one at the reception and when asked they mentioned that we dont provide breakfast.

we stayed one night and the room was having good spacious and neat & clean

We paid for the room including breakfast, but when we inquired about breakfast, they said they wouldn't provide the breakfast since they did not have the facilities here, but if you wanted, we could provide it after 10am, which we never expected. It would have been helpful if they informed us before paying the amount as my parents are elderly and new to the place hence I chose the hotel because it has all the amenities, but it was a very bad experience for me.

Disappointing

Breakfast was not provided even after payment online. Their restaurant foods were unavailable during my stay without any prior information. I will rate it 02/10. My experience is very poor. The room was not cleaned properly, TV and room service phone were not operating, elevator is not working, linen has the previous spots and not cleaned properly.

The location is good for official or business purpose, but not good to buy anything used for regular daily use in the nearby area. There is no market places in the nearby area at all.
