Very helpful staff, excellent air conditioning in the room. Good location.

The property prefers you to pay in cash, they need to make this clear in the listing. Nothing to do with the property, but Unawatuna beach is over run with Russians.

Lovely place

It was lovely the staff were friendly and the pool was great. Very handy for shops and restaurants

We really loved our stay. We booked a family room with balcony and it was very spacious. The pool was lovely and the location amazing. The staff was very friendly.

A great place to stay

I booked a place for 3 nights but stayed for 2 more nights extra. The location is in the center, near to the beach, bus station, and cafes. It was a bit too crowded right after the gate of the place, but I did not hear any noise in the room. The territory is green, there are monkeys and squirrels there. The staff is very friendly, I liked to have a chat with them. The room itself is nice and specious. I particularly liked the shower room.

Very stylish rooms, beautiful garden with amazing pool and many animals come by to visit but the best is definitely the staff. Definitely recommended.
