The Silken Al-Andalus Palace is a well-priced hotel with excellent rooms and helpful staff. It is walkable to the city center or accessible by bus or taxi. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of ch (Read More)oices and the food at the pool bar is tasty. The rooms are comfortable, although some may be slightly outdated. The hotel has a big pool and offers activities for both kids and adults. Overall, the staff provides exceptional customer service and the hotel is highly recommended.

Parking fee (16 euros) was quite a surprise. Nothing about parking fees was mentioned in the description. No coffee available before 8 AM.

Great value for money. Good amenities. Could be closer to the center but I knew beforehand. Six stars staff.

Pretty much everything

Well if I need to point out something I can always find some points to improve. My room did not had a shower curtain so we needed to stay very straight in the little part that is covered by a tiny wall not to flood the bathroom when taking a shower. Some outlet plugs were coming off, the complementary toothbrush is a nice touch however its soo tiny that it is almost ridiculous. Also we had one dinner at the hotel and none of the food was labeled. We are not meat eaters so some of the food was hard to understand whether it had meat or not, but we asked and the staff helped.

The hotel was sole liss no Christmas ambience, and the main entrance the red tulip need a good cleaning I feel the hotel needs up dating. No tea/coffee in the room no water in the fridge

Super clean, comfy bed and pillows, very friendly staff. Awesome room service. Good value for money.

The location is a bit far from the city center. While breakfast had a variety of options, the quality was lacking. The coffee was really awful, the bread wasn't fresh, and hot items like bacon, eggs, and sausages were blandmostly defrosted low-quality items. The gym was limited to a treadmill and an elliptical. The rooms lacked acoustic isolation; we could hear conversations and footsteps outside the door. The Hotel is quite old and needs renovation. There were no slippers provided in the room.
