Disappointing

Bed was comfortable

Definitely was not what I was expecting especially being $318 for one night. Was not clean and was not happy

Staff was friendly and rooms were clean and bright. I would definitely stay again

Pool area could use a recant and a fresh coat of paint. There were rocks in both the pool and jacuzzi and visible rust on the railings

Great hotel - poor laundry service - Challenging charging services

Marriott Philadelphia West is great for people doing business.

Marriott Philadelphia West could update their accounting internal controls. I booked the room through Booking.com and I was charged twice - at the platform and at the hotel. Also, please ask for a printed version of your folio (bill). It is extremely hard to get a copy over countless e-mails later on. They promise to send a copy of your bill, but it never arrives. Also, do not use the laundry services. They staple tags to your clothing and stain many pieces.

Rude receptionist, not feeling welcome, bad host, dirty room with hair and blood on the bedsheets and pillows! Not Even

The receptionist was very rude and absolutely not cooperative or even acting like a human being.

The bedsheets were dirty and lots of hair everywhere on the bed!

I expected better, but it still was fine.

The view from our room was beautiful. It was easy to ask for a room on a higher floor and definitely improved the stay.

The bed was so soft it was actually hard to sleep in. The pool was still locked in the morning until 9:30am even though it was supposed to open at 7am, the shower and toilets in the pool area women's bathroom were all broken and unusable, and paying $10 just to park at the hotel was pretty annoying.

Disappointing for the price we paid.

Location is not kid friendly, no nearby restarants / kids fun places.

Not expected to have car parking fee, it's called out on website onsite parking. the breakfast is not good..

treatment is not fair

it was clean, it was well maintained, & it had a restaurant & bar.

I felt racially discriminated on. I arrived at the bar at 1030 on Saturday. I was told the kitchen was closed which was ok. however there were people drinking at the bar & the server said it was too late to order a drink. there were several others drinking but she refused to serve me anything other than a beer.

would definitely come again! also the staff was super nice and accommodating . Floyd was really helpful.

Pool and lounge area was really nice. hotel was beautiful and the room was as well. also the tv has Netflix and all the other apps.

Legends which is the restaurant in the hotel. the food was horrible, we waited for fries and they came out hard and old. boneless chicken was more like popcorn chicken small bite size pieces of gross-ness.
