Pleasant and relaxing in a beautiful space.

Beautiful property, great location and wonderful rooms.

Price was very high for the room, the parking was not included and in LA valet is a must.

It was so relaxing, slept well, beds were comfortable, staff was amazing.

The design of the hotel is beautiful and is beachy and classic Santa Monica, right on the beach.

The friendly service from all staff from the moment we arrived. The tidy and clean rooms with exceptional amenities of modern holiday accommodation. We enjoyed it much more being our choice of accommodation for our honeymoon. It didn't disappoint. We will be back with Shutters being our #1 pick of accommodation in LA/Santa Monica.

nice hotel, swimming pool area, great breakfast!

The hotel did not sent me my bill ( they told it will be sent on my e-mail and did not provide the paper copy however I still have not received it and my deposit is still there!
