Very pleasant stay at Vistana - warmly recommended

Spacious rooms located in proximity of 10 min drive to Disney world and 25 min to universal. The apartment was well equipped and the staff was accommodating. The resort is quiet and pleasant to stay in.

The apartment was stuffy but when turning the heating on, it was fine. You could here the guests from the apartment above but overall it was not an issue.

Overall excellent location for Disney and Sea World.

Lovely resort. Not enough staffing at the restaurant the night we wanted to go. However, instead of seating us and providing poor service for a table of 6, he was truthful and didn't leave us starving after a long drive with a long wait. We appreciated the honesty of the restat manager.

Housekeeping left large bags on stairs the morning of checkout and my husband al.ost tripped all over them and fell down a flight of stairs when coming down from the 3rd floor carrying luggage. Housekeeping also knocked on our door the morning of checkout before we are actually checked out and before the designated check out time. However, they did a good job cleaning for and during our stay.
