A perfect stay!

Me and my partner looked around for a while for hotels and this by a mile was the best one, brilliant location right on the beach and everything was within walking distance. We were greeted by friendly staff and a welcome drink upon checkin and was given all information that we needed for our trip. The rooms were the biggest Ive seen and Ive been to many hotels! Everything was clean and the decor was stunning. We really enjoyed breakfast, there isnt a major amount of selection but everything was cooked brilliantly and we find in some hotels they give too much choice and quality isnt great, at H10 the quality was perfect! We were celebrating our anniversary and we received a bottle of bubbly and a personalised note from reception! If we find ourselves in Benidorm again, we wont stay anywhere else!

Room was big, bed was huge ! Shower was perfect , could not find one fault .

everything was wonderful, the breakfast in the morning, the hotel room with a very spacious balcony, the same as the bed, the friendly staff, everything was ok, I really enjoyed the 2 days of my vacation

we had to pay 23 pounds per day for parking

A most enjoyable short break - would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast was excellent - good selection and freshly cooked. The room was comfortable, clean and roomy. The location was very good. The staff were friendly and efficient.
