Basement room

The facility was nice enough, though I arrived at 9:30 pm, and left at 6:30am and was still charged the extra $26 For activities. The shuttle was convenient, and the one employee I met was pleasant and efficient.

My room was in the basement and my view was the edge of a sidewalk, a hill, and the maintenance door. Hardly a view at all. Big disappointment. In your ads you sold your view, and I didn't have one.

The views from our room were great!

The pool, hot tub and pool bar were out of service. For the price, free internet shouldve been included.

I liked the location, which is very convenient to the airport. I also liked our renovated room, where everything was good balcony, comfortable bed, good light. In the breakfast restaurant the service was excellent and personal, and the good was good.

The unrenovated parts feel shabby with dirty carpets etc. The pool is not inviting. It was quite expensive for the quality.

The location near the airport was a godsend. The shuttle was super convenient and quick. Check in was a breeze, my room was very comfortable. You will hear planes all night though, so earplugs helped.

The quality of food at the restaurant was no where commensurate with the price, nor the expectation.

Great Staff close to the airport, but a little overpriced

The staff was exceptional. They were able to accommodate all four of our rooms next to each other for our Thanksgiving trip.

both years when we came, I Thanksgiving, the rooms smelled so strongly like jet fuel. weve stayed here many times and only have this happen at Thanksgiving. I dont know if its the wind or the fact that there is so many people flying, but it was really bad. I also do not like the music at the pool its like deep tracks from the early 2000s playing really loud. I had the same complaint from last year but at least this year they turned the music off at night so we couldnt hear it. 24 hours a day. I think the parking and resort fee are completely out of line with what you get. The parking lot is mostly dirt so your car gets filthy and its almost $50 a day to park the resort fee used to have more activities bar service at the pool and there was a spa without all of that. I think the resort fees are a little steep. We have a few different properties we stay at in San Diego, when we come down a few times a year. We all agreed that I think were gonna go back to the Hilton or the Hyatt next time.
