Relaxing. But the pool was still a struggle for my husband to get in and out of. Steps too big

Loved the location and they staff were more than happy to help

The bed was a bit hard and I would have liked another pillow and blanket in the room

Nice hotel

Bed was very comfortable. Location was good. We walked and catch tram very easily.

Swimming pool was nice, water was nice and warm, although the temperature was lowered next day.

SMART HOTEL IN GOOD LOCATION WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED. STAFF ARE A HAPPY AND ATTENTIVE CREW THAT WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE THE STAY 5 STAR

PARKING OUT FRONT WAS DIFFICULT IN THE RAIN AS BUSY ROAD AND NO OUTSIDE STAFF TO ASSIST WITH THE CAR

Disappointing

We wouldnt stay here again which is unfortunate because the staff were great.

The staff were lovely

The sheets didnt fit the bed which meant our feet were on the mattress which was unhygienic. We paid extra for a city view and looked out to 2 buildings and air conditioning (if you dont have a view, thats fine but dont say you do).
