I was happily surprised

I hadn't stayed in The Sheraton in KL in many years but the room price was very attractive so I gave it a go and found that the common areas were as I remembered and the room I was given was recently renovated by the look of it. A very pleasant stay

Nice & Awesome

Everything. The smell in the lobby was so nice & calm. The room was spacious. The bed & pillows were so comfortable. The hotel staff were nice & friendly, especially during our breakfast, Mr. Hassan remembered us and our favourite drinks even though he just met us twice as we stayed for 2 nights only. We will surely come back.

Good

Very spacious room. The bathroom had both a standing shower room and a bathtub.

The shattaf is just a hose without shattaf head. The TV is very outdated and the graphics are horrible. I didn't like having to validate my parking ticket every time I wanted to go out.

Most horrible check-in I ever experienced. I was traveling with my 14 year old son and we arrived on an early flight. Despite a large group that checked as we were coming in, we held at the lobby for 7 hours to get one room. The second room we got after 7 pm. I couldn't believe such a lack of customer service would happen at this age and era in a developed world.
