Location is great. Rooms are adequate. Food quality was very good. Nice to have fitness and pool in this centric hotel.

They assigned us a horrible room with an ugly interior patio kind of view, although we had booked city views. Those views should not form part of a 5 star hotel - and if they do should be clearly advertised. They were unfriendly when we complained. They changed the room to a true city view (nothing amazing though but also nothing to complain about), but said the only alternative was next to the elevator. Hence, quite noisy early in the morning. Food quality we found to be delicious. But there was a surprising Lack of dining options during Christmas Eve / day , and the only open restaurant for dinner on a regular day did not have any kid friendly alternative (I believe they changed that shortly after). Room was only superficially cleaned. Old thick dust could be found easily in room and bathroom. Every time I picked up with the car my wife and baby, the bellman was thoroughly checking what I was doing there. It made it a bit unpleasant, as there are no other options to load or unload a stroller easily. Overall, nice location but certain room views and service are subpar for 5 stars. A pity, as we had previously stayed at the same hotel and had been amazed.

Great location very close to attractions and shopping streets. Large and clean room with big bathroom. Quality breakfast with a variety of dishes. I will definitely come back.
