The location and the hotel in general

Since I checked in we had a problem with the room number, the manager was supposed to call me they never did, when we arrived to the room we found a dirty sock belong to the people who stayed in the room before us, we requested every day housekeeping and let them know make sure you vacuum and change the shits every day they only did one day the housekeeping, the way we requested the rest of the stay we had problems with the housekeeping and the managers never tried to contact us even by phone or email even one day I had to do the beds my self because even after we talked with the front desk people,.the person was nice and helpful, he say he would ask them to go and make the beds for us when we leave the room about for 5.hours and nobody made the beds,so I just went to front desk and explained everything and told them just give the shits and I'll do it myself he told me we should send the pictures of the issue and explain them the problem to this email and they will contact you and give you a recompense for the inconvenience, and I did but never receive an answer so disappointed with the way the they treat us in front a situation.like that.

If looks can be deceiving with the hotel, the Sheraton wins hands down

The location is superb. The Sheraton itself is legendary

The room did not match what the description said. I had to wait two and a half hours to check in. The room wasn't clean. The hotel wasn't clean. The staff wasn't very helpful. There was no light over the dinner table. It was just horrible. It was just really uncomfortable. I would never book here again and for the amount of money that I've spent it was just horrible. There was no kitchen at it and the wrong pacifically said it was and then when I called the hotel the young lady told me that in this Pacific room it was. It was the only reason why upgraded and it wasn't. How disappointed was I oh my god but there was a manager on staff Rene he is pretty much the best thing this hotel got going. He was very, very helpful to try to resolve the situation, though they may promises that they didn't fulfill. He was helpful in a lot of ways and I appreciate that. But overall don't go through the house of that. I went through just book someplace else fellas. Happy New years! ... FYI the pictures that I'm sharing are pictures from my hotel room. I rent it the Illinois one large bedroom almost $800 a night and the light fixture didn't even have bulbs in it but one the bathroom. It was just a medicine. Oh it was a mess you guys.

AMAZING OVERALL WILL RETURN

Everything, the front manager Moses has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. He was patient, polite and friendly. He was very attentive and helpful! He needs a Raise

The EXTREMELY LONG LINE AND WAIT TO CHECK IN. Came at 4:30 to check in, couldnt even get in the door it was so crowded. Left to eat came back 2hrs later still the same.

Terribledo NOT recommend.

Suzanne (the concierge) might be the nicest person ever. So is Fred at the baggage check.

They overbooked the hotel and tried to say they had no room for me and send me to another hotel at 11 pm. Then, when I insisted they give me a room it took more than an hour. The wifi (which was VERY expensive 19 USD per day) was useless. The free conference wifi was significantly better. The restaurants and bar were closed most of the time and there was a HUGE line up for the premade sandwiches. They also add on a TON of fees after you book. I am deeply unsatisfied.
