The room was very clean as well as the bathroom! I also thought the valet was very nice.
The room was smaller than it looked on line. Parking situation was expensive.

Great location, great staff.
The room was incredibly quiet considering the amount of planes that fly right by the hotel. I liked that the room had a fridge, coffee, and a safe. The free airport shuttle was very convenient and helpful.

Over priced, tired and noisy hotel
Conveniently located near airport with shuttle running regularly. Nice gym
Tired, carpet peeling, exit signs falling off. Paper thin walls - we were woken by our neighbours coming in at 1.30 am and they continued to talk loudly until 5.30am so we didnt sleep prior to our early flight which was the point of staying there

Unacceptable room, bad service.
The bed is comfortable, though very high.
We walked into our room, and it reeked of marijuana. We called down immediately requesting another room. The person in the room next to us was smoking so much that the smell was going under the connecting suite door and filling our room. The staff said they would bring us up a room key to another room. The room was uninhabitable, so we had to wait outside in the hallway for half an hour, and call down repeatedly to check on the progress of us getting our new key. The level of service was very poor, we were ignored, the situation was ignored.

Overall 10/10 for me.
Proximity to Los Angeles Airport. You can even walk from the hotel to the airport. Free airport tranfer with amazing driver. Misplaced my phone in the and the security recovered it and kept till I return. It was fantastic stay all round.

Good location, poor customer service
We got a good price for Sheraton.
We booked 2 queen beds; landed up getting one king bed with a mobile bed as the rooms were oversold. One kid had to sleep on the sofa.
Service personnels both at the reception and the guest service were very rude.
