Disappointing.

Location

This did not feel like a five star hotel. It was dated, dirty and overpriced. We were given a room that had a weird indoor fence that overlooked dirty widows and pillars. The coffee and tea were not replenished daily. Overall felt like a waste of money given the other fabulous hotels in Dubai at a similar price point.

The view of Dubai Creek and historical neighborhood, kind friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast, clean and well-maintained room, hotel provides complimentary coffee tea and water -we had plenty of coffee and bottles of water, bicycle rentals, tours

we got the wrong room (smoking room) and they corrected it right away, waiting in front of the elevator during breakfast.

Excellent and the staff are amazing!

We have started here a few times and like the location.

That breakfast is no longer served in the restaurant. I loved the view every morning and since Covid its now downstairs.

Will definitely come again.

In general, everything. Comfortable, clean, great staff, food was good and the wait staff were attentive and friendly. The concierges were very helpful. All in all, I was very satisfied!! Thank you!!

While I had the breakfast + 1 other meal option, the second meal option was a bit limited. You could be a bit more flexible/offer greater options on this.

Amazing place to stay and so look forward to staying again.

Arriving early evening when it was really hot outside it was a pleasure to have such a lovely room that was cool on arrival. Breakfast was included and was a great selection for very one's taste, and a great way to start the day. Being such a hot day in the afternoon it was lovely place to relax and cool off.

We took a room with a view on the river and it was great indeed, however there is no balcony, just a fence close to window. Hotel itself is a bit old school furnished, but in good location - close to metro and the airport. Seems good If you have flight early morning.

Excellent place, Excellent services, thank you

It was a great place, mainly the view on the lake was amazing, the floor was calm and the room very comfortable, unfortunately my stay was for a short time, however I enjoyed the place. Definitely it will be my destination for my next visits to Dubai
