It's not anywhere close to how it looks in the pictures. Room was dirty and smelly and Flys around, no ventilation at all no Ac or even a fan, we reached in the afternoon and was hungry and there was no food available. most dimwit staff this is purely conning business, we had made upfront payment for 3 days but we left in 10min wasting our money and stayed else where. Please don't go here specially with family and kids.

The only good thing about this resort is its location and nothing else.

What can I say, from room to food everything was just Awful. They charged 7k per night for a room filled with spiders, there were absolutely no salt on all the food they provided(breakfast and dinner) at day 3rd. Even I literally had to ask 5 times for some drinking water and I had to wait more than an hour for the same. There was no dental kit on the room, I had to ask for it.

Coastal Grand Space 4 Resorts stands out in Hospitality. 3 Cheers to the Hotel Management & Staffs.

Coastal Grand Space 4 Resorts in Ooty is the best resort with utmost hospitality I have gone so far all through my trips. The location is too good for taking time-off. It looked like a valley with natural scenes to watch out from the (S2) suite room we took. The breakfast & dinner part of my package were tasty & healthy. Hospitality by the hotel staffs Mr. Srikanth Iyer, Mr. Kuttan, Mr. Gopinath, trainee staffs Shanmugam, Mani were fantastic. I don't know the remaining staff's names but I would say everyone were equally good. My car had problems while going and had to reach the hotel very late in the night, upon arrival, hotel kitchen team were able to serve us hot tasty food. That stamps their hospitality. Just before leaving from the hotel after the time spent, my car again had tyre issues, the hotel staff Mr. Kuttan and his team helped in getting the puncture fixed and made my return travel back home peaceful. Overall the stay with the resort is memorable.

I would like to say the following as part of improvement. 1. Intercom facility should be made available to reach the hotel management for any urgent help related to cleaning, ordering food or anything instead of calling over mobile or meeting them in person in the lobby. 2. The glass windows had some gaps which gets the cold air coming inside the room (S2). This should be checked to avoid heavy cold hitting the rooms.

Poor

Room facilities, the place is not worth for the money I paid while compare to other places stayed previously. As per the booking.com the package included lunch , breakfast, and dinner. But only breakfast included.
