Room was clean and in an ok condition

Room wasnt ready for us and had to wait when we where told it was ready there where maintenance people in the room fitting a new tv and house keeping had to come in after them still Also people outside where letting fireworks off till midnight which kept us up

Luxurious hotel worth every penny.

Hotel is immaculate ~ inside and out. Staff I met especially are incredibly well mannered and extremely kind. Helpful and hospitable. Thankfully, I was able to change rooms for a specific view I wanted (within my range) with ease. Lots of comfortable communal areas for lounging and having a drink. Location is incredible just across the road from the beach and next to a modern shopping mall that has a grocery store downstairs. Restaurants galore all within walking distance. Kuta beach you could walk the entire length of and onto other beaches. Basic promenade with food/drink/chair sellers along beach if you don't fancy sandy feet. No mosquitos!

Hotel had sudden water or plumbing maintenance Sunday morning 8-10am without informing guests before, during or after so for two hours no water then when it came on it was dirty for a short while. Thankfully I'd woken up and used bathroom before.

Great place with best location, good facilities, wide selection on breakfast, and staffs are completely wonderful

Though I booked a Ocean View but it was just partial view not a full one. Balcony light was also not working

Lovely stay

the room was really clean and comfortable. The location was really good as I needed to 'last minute' shopping before heading back home.

The AC was not cold enough even tghough it was set 18C. However, the horel staff was quickly repaired and it worked through out my stay. Not a problem.
