We arrived at 4 am. The staff were unhelpful. We were not welcomed properly. The staff at the restaurant was unhelpful. Rooms were not cleaned properly and restocked. Not 5 star worthy

Loved everything, especially the hotel staff, everyone is incredibly polite and smiling at reception, breakfast area, beach bars, Taverna pub, etc... The hotel's location is great, and the beach is also nice with a view to the skyscrapers. I would definitely come again.

Relaxing and perfect.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The facilities were perfect for an all inclusive relaxing long weekend away. The food was delicious and there was a wide variety. The pool area was peaceful and the sun beds were comfortable. The room was spacious, well equipped and cosy.

Highly recommended to everyone!

Everything is perfect! Especially the food, GYM (it is very big ), beach, and room. When we drove to ABU DHABI from DUBAI, It was very easy to find the Hotle, and also convenient to Yes Island. Near the hotel , there were some supermarkets and restaurants where we bought a lots of snackes and locoal foods. Mr Jose who was in the reception, we loved his professional service. He was friendly and always smiled.
