Sharon's House

The warm welcome from Sophie and the accomodation was clean.

Room 4 that we were placed in was very small and was going to be ideal for a solo traveller. The space was not enough for movement, no aircon and was not ideal for a claustrophobic person. The colored pillows on the bed were very dull for guests who were visiting the accomodation for the first time. A stove that is combined with a microwave will be ideal since it's a self catering accommodation. One cannot rely on spending on takeaways everyday as they are costly on a self catering accommodation. There was no rooibos provided in room 4 and as a result I had to checkout out early to get one en-route to the airport. An iron and an ironing board in the room would have also made a huge difference instead of one having to go and request for it from the house manager. The cabinet in the shower room also needs to be replaced as it is pealing off. I was disappointed with My overall experience at Sharon's House.

I will recommend Sharon's House

It was self-catering, without a hot plate, but otherwise we had all one needs. Nearby is a busy traffic intersection with some noise, also small shops to buy food. There are 7 rooms and we were given one of the larger ones which we liked. All is modern and newly refurnished. We also had the use of a garage for our 12-day-stay.
