Superb

The cleanliness, staff, breakfast and the views .

The size of the room... me and my partner caught our knee on the corner of the bed trying to get past. And the lighting was terrible.

Evening restaurant manager was excellent and so was the evening meal and staff.

A lovely little break last min until the morning breakfast when we was approached by Mandy as we wasn't given information on breakfast times when we checked in and no welcome folder in our room (12) with information . The evening meal was lovely but the lady in the kitchen was very rude threw the menus at us and said if you want eggs there's only fried . After ordering two English breakfasts the eggs and sausage was undercooked . She really upset me . She was awful and needs to be trained in customer service . Unacceptable behaviour I would rather have been told sorry your 10 mins late for breakfast.

Mandy the breakfast staff storming into breakfast and throwing menus at us. I suffer with severe anxiety this totally ruined my day out I had to come home .

Perfect stay for the wedding we were attending

Hotel was lovely , staff were very helpful , room was ready when we got there early which was fab ! Young girl at breakfast with dark hair was so lovely and very helpful view was lovely

Bed was not great mattress was so hard n uncomfortable
