The Shangri-La Le Touessrok in Mauritius is an incredible resort with beautiful rooms, a stunning beach, and attentive service. The hotel is privately situated despite its size and offers a relaxing (Read More)and upscale atmosphere. While some areas could use improvement, such as slippery floors and high prices at the restaurants, the overall experience is excellent. The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and the resort offers a range of activities and amenities. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The place where I have the perfect feel-good vibe.

Exceptional levels of proactive service and customer care. I much appreciated the hospitality, and the quality of facilities and delivery of services. The staff members provide exceptional service that is both friendly and professional, helping to make guests stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. I much appreciated the hospitality and professionalism of the butler service ( Mr Kevin , Mr Sada ) the 24-hour reception services ( Mr Sylvio, Mr Mahfooz , Mr Sadien ) the front desk managers Mr Jessan or Mme Jessica the duty manager. Daily housekeeping was exceptional .. a special thanks to Mr Surajsing and Mr Sanjiv . The restaurants are excellent! The breakfast at the two restaurants is very good and tasty! The breakfast on the beach is just a perfect way to start the day ! Mr Ponnen thank you for the great coffee and care ! The spa is very nice and has trained masseuses, gyms with personal trainers. The live entertainment was excellent and the Happy hour was a great time to meet new people and socialize on the beach .

Great hotel but the staff on the private island needs more motivation

I loved the private island and how beautiful the hotel was. Also, as I had a late departure, the hotel reception kindly offered a late check in. On the beach of the main location , there was great comfort and the staff was serving you with everything. On the private island- the staff was less responsive. We had to wait quite long to get an answer to our requests.

The staff on the private island was less passionate and sometimes they ignored our requests.

Dont think twice

The island and resort look like an extract from a postcard. Its like paradise. When we entered the room we couldnt believe how beautiful the room and scenery looked like. The location is stunning, but its really the hotel staff that make the experience unforgettable. Everywhere you go - from restaurants, spa, cleaning, private island etc they make an effort to make sure youre not missing anything. Kudos to the management and the super hard working people behind it, it feels like youre embraced by a big family once youre there day to day. Dont think twice, the food, the people, the location - everything was incredible. This was one of the best holidays we ever had and definitely the best hotel choice. Were already dreaming of coming back.

Its hard to find something to dislike - the staff work 24/7 around the clock to make sure youre comfortable and are having the best experience.
