Unfortunately this place falls very short of the service & facilities offered at Mandarin.

The staff are lovely and very welcoming

The rooms are old & outdated. The windows fogged up every night & the pool bar is woeful - wouldnt even call it a pool bar.

Excellent relaxing hotel - fantastic service

Horizon Club / Lounge was exceptional. The breakfast service top notch and the evening cocktails and food first class. The pool was very relaxing and I liked an adult only seating section. Room was well appointed with nice firm beds.

Its worth paying extra to stay in a nice area in KL

The concierge team were amazing and the rooms are very clean

The reception front desk staff are quite dismissive and rude, upon checkout after 11 nights I got a yes all paid No, how was your stay? Did you enjoy your trip? Hello?? Goodbye?? Thanks for staying with us?? Very strange indeed

The hottest hot tub in KL (with a cold pool beside it!) and a solid breakfast buffet.

Got less hot tub time in than I wanted because of maintenance - perhaps it could have been done outside of the usual opening hours?
