    Overall it was good rooms and facilities were very good staff in the lounge Min, Pat plus everybody took care so well
    Friendly staff
    They made the new year party mandatory and it is not worth the money I had to pay additional 27000 baht because it was mandatory and this information came only after I booked and paid for my room otherwise I wouldnt have continued with my booking .. and to top it the party was very boring me and my family didnt enjoy at all

    Exceptional hotel, staff, and accommodations. Highly recommended
    Absolutely stunning property, within walking distance of shops and night markets. The food is delicious, and the decorations are next level for the holidays. Staff were very friendly and were able to accommodate all our requests. Special thanks to Diana and all the staff involved upon check in to make sure our requests were met for the birthday and anniversary celebration. Also, recommend having the breakfast here before setting off on your adventures.
    I wish I had more days to be able to explore every inch of the property and all the things it had to offer.

    Overall a good hotel, but unlikely to return due to value for money and very poor breakfast.
    Hotel was decorated very nicely, very good toiletries, was upgraded to a terrace room which was really nice. Laundry service very good.
    The breakfast was a huge let down unfortunately. There were decent options but the food was consistently cold on each day.

    The hotel is nice and good location. Staff are good, they let me check in early which was much appreciated.
    The bed was not comfortable and cleanliness was average (it could be because they rushed to check me in early but still). Breakfast wait staff need training - first day my tea arrived late and cold and second day it didnt even arrive then they came back to ask me what my order was and there were two others complaining about their coffee/tea orders at the same time.
