Disappointing

People keep shouting on corridor in middle of night. There was no ironing board and iron. The one provided was in very bad comdition. The linens were pathetic. The quality of product provided was substandard.

A comfortable stay but an average experience overall.

The hotel rooms were nice, very comfortable and a good size. Staff were curtious.

The rooftop pool areas was not great, scruffy and tired. The bar there was also underwhelming. The hotel did enough for us to be satisfied but nothing more.

Nothing special about this hotel. Looks are 5 star but service and facilities are 3 star at best.

Breakfast. Overpriced and they dont keep the food replenished. We went for breakfast at 7 and there was no hot food ready.

Paying almost 14k a night for pretty avg service with basic amenities , no laundry in house considering its almost 4 star hotel, not many people, basic breakfast.. may work for veg wedding party not business travellers .
